How To Add Multiple Songs To A Playlist On Spotify
Do you have a bunch of songs that you want to add to a playlist, but don’t want to go through the hassle of adding them one at a time? Well, there is a way to do it quickly and efficiently.
I will show you how to add multiple songs to a playlist on Spotify in just a few easy steps. I’ve listed the steps below on how to do so.
Step 1: Launch The App
The first and obvious step is to open the Spotify app on your PC or Mac. Log in to your account if prompted.
Step 2: Find The Songs You Want To Add
If you want to add multiple songs at the same time, you can search through their genre-based playlists which you can find when you click on ‘Search’ as seen below. Upon clicking on a specific genre, Spotify will show you playlists that may contain songs you might like.
Step 3: Ctrl + Select
After finding a list of songs that you want to add, hold down the ‘Ctrl’ key on your keyboard and click on each song that you want to add. Once all of the songs are selected, let go of the ‘Ctrl’ key. Your selected songs will be highlighted in gray.
Step 4: Save To Your Preferred Playlist
After selecting all the songs you want, right-click on any of the selected songs and a drop-down menu will appear. From the menu, select ‘Add to Playlist’ then choose the playlist you want to add the songs to.
Step 5: Enjoy!
Now you have successfully added multiple songs to a playlist on Spotify! Note: If you’re using a mobile phone, you can still add multiple songs to a playlist but not all at once.
There is an easy way to add multiple songs to a Spotify playlist without having to add them one by one. Of course, this is only doable if you’re on a desktop or laptop, and not through the Spotify mobile apps.
The necessary steps are easy and you should have no trouble executing this within minutes. Try it out and bask in the ‘easier way’ to enrich your Spotify playlists.
