My husband's band needed show video to post on the website. We, band wives, would film with our phones but they all turned out with terrible sound. This little mic was a game changer! When the videos were edited with the Dolby app they were excellent! Better than we ever hoped for!

I made this purchase to have the ability to record while away from my home studio. The mic works well and with the variety of recording options, I have been able to capture moments of inspiration I tend to forget. Powered by my iPhone means no cords or cables to drag around.

My son is using this to record trombone and vocal. Still learning the subtleties but works very well with IPhone. Vocal recording in particular was much improved.

I use the Zoom iQ7 to record organ music videos for virtual church services. The sound quality is noticeably better than that captured with the iPhone mic. I am very pleased.

I was leaning towards the Shure MV88. It might be better, but not $50 better. It sounds gr8, my only quibble is that it should have a protective case.

Buy one, you won"t be sorry.
